General Terms and Conditions regarding the Processing of Personal Data
H.T.G. ALT AUTO SRL processes Users’ personal data in compliance with current legislation, ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and guaranteeing the right to privacy.
Processing personal data for concluding and executing the Contract
Personal data provided by the User will be processed for the purpose of executing this Contract, specifically for service delivery, invoicing and payment collection, customer relations, verification and debt recovery, and any other processing necessary for the smooth running of the contractual relationship.
Personal data provided by the User will be disclosed to authorized legal entities, authorities, and public institutions upon request, according to legal provisions.
Processing personal data for promotional purposes (marketing)
Personal data provided, along with other information submitted by the Beneficiary through this contract (such as email address, fax number, mobile number, landline phone number), may be processed by H.T.G. ALT AUTO SRL, while respecting Users’ rights, particularly the right to information and objection, for the following purposes:
- Remarketing and user tracking
- Sending commercial communications
- Communication about the status of services provided at the client’s request or when deemed necessary (e.g., technical or unauthorized issues) regarding products and services offered by H.T.G. ALT AUTO SRL.
Processing personal data for general identification purposes
Personal data required for identification are necessary for correctly identifying the client/authorized representative in H.T.G. ALT AUTO SRL’s processing systems, invoicing operations, and any actions required or connected to executing the Contract.
User Rights regarding the processing of provided personal data
The User has the following rights regarding the provided personal data:
- Right to information and access
- Right to data intervention
- Right to rectification
- Right to data erasure
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object and automated individual decision-making, including profiling
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority ANSPDCP – National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
To exercise these rights, the User must submit a written, dated, and signed request to H.T.G. ALT AUTO SRL, addressed to the Data Protection Officer, at the email address contact@htg.com.ro
